BEFORE CAMP

Participant Camp Registration Online: Every Coach, Player and Bus Driver staying and participating in camp must complete the FCA Camp registration form and be verified by the FCA Camp Registrar.

Session 1 Teams - June 18th deadline,

Session 2 Teams - June 22nd deadline

Camp Invoice: Once the registration is verified by the FCA Camp registrar and the Head Coach the Invoice will be emailed in order for the payment check to be prepared for day of arrival.
University Liability Form: Every parent is asked to sign the Wingate University Liability form. Please, work to have these forms completed and collected to turn in at check-in to the FCA Registrar.

ARRIVING TO CAMP

Registration Begins 10:00 am at the lobby of Austin Auditorium.
Follow the FCA Parking Guides: As you arrive onto Cedar Street where you will unload the buses players and coaches where FCA Camp staff guides you to park.
Registration Process: All players, coaches, and bus drivers who are staying at camp must line up to check in for the University housing registration process.
Team Chaplain: As you arrive on campus, you will meet your FCA Camp Team Chaplain, they will guide your team through registration and during your entire camp experience.
Head coaches will be directed to the FCA Wingate office to officially check in through finalizing the payment and verifying that all registration forms are complete for every player, coach, and bus driver.
Team Lunch Provided: Your Team Chaplain will guide the team from registration, to Lunch served on the lawn, to the Auditorium in order to be ready for the opening Team Meeting.

DURING CAMP

Swag Shop (New for '26): All Players and Coaches are invited to purchase FCA Gear, if interested. We will take payments in Cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
Snack Shack (New for '26): A place to purchase some chips, popcorn, protein snacks, etc, will be made available.
PIZZA @ NIGHT: Pizza orders per team are taken daily at by 12:30 pm by your Team Chaplain, along with the cash $10 per pizza, to pay for the pizza order that will be delivered and handed out to the Team Chaplains to distribute to their team on Day 1 & 2 nights after the final meeting of the day. (Pepperoni / Sausage / Cheese)
